The social responsibility of companies is, essentially, a concept according to which companies voluntarily decide to contribute to the achievement of a better society and a cleaner environment. Green Paper.
Hand in hand with the business sector of the state of Chihuahua, Fechac creates the Center for Social Responsibility for Sustainable Development, a civil association with the vision of generating value to companies and society, through the promotion and strengthening of social responsibility business, contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the UN in the 2030 Agenda.
Through research, implementation of methodologies, documentation of successful practices, networking and articulation in and from the private sector, the Center works to promote and improve the competitive capacities of companies in the effective management of their economic, social and environmental impacts towards the interior and exterior of its institutions, creating awareness and active commitment to the sustainable development of the state of Chihuahua.
The projects supported by Fechac encourage the public to recognize companies for their contribution to the social development of Chihuahuans. The main objective of these projects is to form healthy communities that generate and implement social projects, being protagonists of their own change and human development.
